From an idea to a clear plan.

You can do this through the assistant. Choose an answer or describe what you have in mind.

  1. 1

    Inputs: your starting information

Add drawings or photos, then follow project setup. Missing essential measurements? Save your place and gather them first.

  2. 2

Assistant: one change at a time

Choose what to work on. Answer the next question or leave an unknown detail to be confirmed.

  3. 3

    Model: check before keeping

Blue shows new work. Check it, then keep or undo the preview. This is not construction approval.

  4. 4

Output pack: take your plan away

Create a PDF with views, quantities and open checks. Earlier versions and optional settings are under the details menu.

Moving and measuring the model

On a phone: drag with one finger to turn, pinch to zoom, move two fingers to pan. Choose Front, Rear or Plan for a straight view. Open Model tools to measure between two points, see through walls or show structure.

AI interprets your request. Fixed calculations and checks build the schedules. Dimensions, structural design and quantities still need checking before ordering or building.

THE STARTING POINT

Source drawings

These four elevations are the source of truth for the project. Jamie Test supplies the build-over intent only. Main frontage: 13.3 m; plant projection: 2.5 m; side block: 4.3 m. Eaves 4.9 m and ridge 7.7 m are read as absolute levels.

Drawing conflicts retained: front width totals 21.4 m; rear totals 21.5 m. Side depths total 18.4 m and 18.5 m. This model follows the front and west chains. Plan offsets, roof junctions and the common ground datum are inferred. The site is shown level; the sketches show changes in ground level.
